The Virginia Del Sordo Fund provides $200 small grants to Pennsylvanians with disabilities to increase their ability to acquire the assistive technology (AT) devices they need. Virginia Del Sordo was a former Assistant Director of PIAT and she made the bequest enabling this fund.
The mini grant can be used as part of a funding package to get assistive technology to eligible people. It may also be used to meet deductibles or co-pays. This is a one-time only award. The maximum award is $200. Detailed information is available on the Institute on Disabilities website.

Hi Paula,
We are not able to provide or fund hearing aids at TechOWL but I do have an organization you may want to contact:
https://www.hearingloss.org/hearing-help/financial-assistance/
If you are employed, you may also want to contact the Pennsylvania Assistive Technology Foundation at PATF.us. They provide low/No interest loans for assistive technology.
I hope this helps! Kathryn
