Transition to Adulthood

It is vital that families and school teams begin planning for transition well before the date of graduation. Transition goals should be listed in the IEP starting at the age of 14. Teams should also consider how any assistive technology needs will be met after graduation. provides resources for families on education, employment, and financial planning.
